For a complete assessment, therapists need to complete a detailed assessment addressing problems with the cranium, cervical spine, inner ear, cranial nerves and eyes. Once the problem is identified the therapist needs to have the skills to treat all of these areas. At Manual Solutions, our therapists are trained in Manual Techniques to treat the whole spectrum. We are able to perform cranial mobilization, complex mobilizations of C1-2, Epley Manuever, neural reeducation for eye-tracking, and cranial nerve mobilization.
