Welcome to the Manual Solutions Patient Portal. In order to make your experience at Manual Solutions Physical Therapy better, we have partnered with Sharefile to create an online HIPPA compliant video program. The program contains videos that are 3-5 minutes in length and explain both how to perform the exercises and why we are asking you to do them. The videos can be accessed with an app or from our patient portal. You share a private folder with Manual Solutions so you can upload recordings you create on your phone during treatment, change the names so they are easier to remember or delete exercises that you don’t need anymore. The feedback we have received is that the videos are much more user friendly than handouts and make it much easier for patients to get better faster.
Patient Forms
We encourage patients to gather information and submit their patient information forms prior to their appointment. It ensures we will have ample time for your evaluation and allows us to make sure that there aren’t issues with insurance or physician referrals.
Payments and Policies
We make every attempt to be proactive with insurance and billing issues. Manual Solutions has established policies to protect ourselves and our patients from unwanted surprises.
